Our Private Sale is our way of thanking our community with exclusive access to a curated selection of Laneway The Label styles.

As a small, family-run business, all Private Sale orders will begin dispatching from 8 July.

Our small team will be working hard to carefully pack every order, however dispatch may take a little longer than usual during this time. We truly appreciate your patience and support, it means the world to our family business.

By participating in our Private Sale, you agree to the following policy.

Eligibility

Access to the Private Sale is available exclusively to customers who have received a valid password or access link from Laneway The Label.

Your password is intended for your personal use only and must not be shared or distributed.

Sale Period

The Private Sale is available for a limited time only. Laneway The Label reserves the right to amend, extend or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

Sale pricing is available only during the promotional period and while stocks last.

Prices may change without notice during the sale period. No price adjustments, refunds or credits will be provided on previous purchases.

Sale pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed prior to the commencement of the promotion.

Availability

All sale items are available strictly while stocks last.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. Your order is only secured once payment has been successfully processed.

Due to the popularity of our sale events, some items may sell out before checkout is completed.

We are unable to offer rain checks on sold-out styles.

Returns

All Private Sale purchases are considered Final Sale.

Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

Returns will only be accepted where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Store Credit

Store credit may be used towards purchases made during the Private Sale.

If you have an existing credit note or store credit, it may be redeemed as payment during the sale.

Promotions

Private Sale pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code or promotional voucher unless expressly stated by Laneway The Label.

Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping under our standard shipping policy will continue to receive complimentary shipping.

Please allow additional processing time during sale periods as our team experiences a higher volume of orders.

Orders placed separately cannot be combined for shipping once they have been submitted.

International Orders

International orders remain subject to our standard shipping policy, including any applicable duties and taxes for the destination country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes, cancellations or amendments, as orders begin processing shortly after they are received.

Right to Refuse Orders

Laneway The Label reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised resale, or any breach of this policy. Any cancelled order will receive a full refund.
