We currently ship within Australia and internationally to select countries.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During new collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express Shipping is available and can be selected at checkout.
Will I need to pay duties and taxes on international orders?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees depending on your country’s import regulations.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to assist.

Selected styles may be restocked depending on demand.
If your size is unavailable, we recommend signing up to the back-in-stock notification on the product page by adding your chosen piece to your wishlist.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
You can submit your return request through our returns portal.
Once your request has been approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions.
Please ensure you lodge your return within the eligible return window outlined in our Returns Policy.
Can I exchange my item?
Where available, exchanges may be offered for an alternative size or colour.
If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued in line with our Returns Policy.
What condition must my return be in?
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
Items returned with makeup marks, perfume, damage or signs of wear may not be accepted/
Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions via email.
Do you offer refunds?
Eligible returns may be refunded, exchanged or issued as a store credit depending on the order type and return reason.

How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are generally processed within 3–5 business days of arriving back to us.

Where are your garments made?
Laneway The Label pieces are designed in Australia and handmade in Indonesia.
We prioritise quality craftsmanship, considered production and timeless design intended to be worn and loved for years to come.

What fabrics do you use?
Our pieces are crafted from a considered selection of natural and elevated fabrics chosen for their softness, movement and timeless feel including breathable cotton voile and lightweight silk.
Fabric composition, fit notes and individual care instructions are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my garments?
Each garment includes individual care instructions on both the product page and care label.
To extend the life of your pieces, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water, avoiding harsh detergents and storing garments carefully between wear.
For delicate fabrics, additional care may be recommended.
Do you have a garment care guide?
Yes, we’ve created a dedicated Care Guide with fabric-specific recommendations to help you properly care for your Laneway The Label pieces.
The guide includes washing instructions, storage tips and advice for preserving shape, colour and fabric integrity over time.
Are your fabrics see-through?
Some lighter fabrics and colours may have a more delicate or semi-sheer finish depending on the style.
Where relevant, we recommend nude undergarments for a seamless look.

Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to secure a style before it officially arrives or restocks.
Pre-order pieces are purchased in advance and dispatched once stock arrives at our warehouse.

When will my pre-order be shipped?
Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page at the time of purchase.
Please note these dates are estimates and may occasionally shift due to production or shipping delays outside of our control.
If there are any significant updates to your order, our team will contact you directly.
If I order in-stock items with a pre-order item, when will my order ship?
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are generally shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
