Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping
- LWL ships all orders within Australia with Express Postage.
- All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing prior to shipping.
- Australian orders over $200 are shipped Express for free.
- We offer local pick up in Dunsborough, WA free of charge.
- LWL delivers all domestic parcels using Australian Registered Post.
- LWL order confirmation & Australia Post tracking details are sent via email upon dispatch. Please be sure to check Junk email folders as these emails can sometimes be directed there.

International Shipping
- LWL delivers all International parcels using Australia Post express service.
- All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing prior to shipping.
- International customers will be charged a flat rate of $30 for Express Worldwide Shipping.
- LWL offers free Express postage for all International orders over $400 AUD.
- International orders will have an approximate delivery window of 7-21 working days depending on your location.
- Your order may require a signature upon delivery.
- Your order may be subject to customs clearance. This may cause a delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
- Responsibilities for any customs fees or taxes rest with the customer.
General:
- Once LWL has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
- LWL is not responsible for lost packages or courier delays. We can not offer a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.


Returns Policy
At LWL we do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by providing thorough and accurate sizing charts and a fair exchange policy.
- Due to the small nature of our business, all items sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to exchange an incorrect size or offer a store credit for items that meet our returns guidelines below.
- Returns, faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within a 7 day time frame to be accepted.
- Items returned due to a garment fault will be refunded in full at our discretion.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or items that are sold as part of a promotion.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met by the customer.
- We encourage customers to email us with any questions regarding sizing, fit or colour queries. We’re here to help.

Returns Instructions
1. If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello.lanewaythelabel@gmail.com. Please outline the item as thoroughly as you can (style name, size, colour, amount paid inc postage) and the reason for return.
Please address all returns to Laneway The Label, 21 Long Island Quays, Dunsborough, WA.
2. Upon receiving and approving your return request, we will send confirmation that you have approval to return your item.
3. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and approved.
5. If credit is approved, your credit note will be issued to you in the form of an online code. Your code is valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.
