Domestic Shipping
- LWL ships all orders within Australia with Express Postage
- All orders are shipped Express within 2-3 days of purchase.
- Please be aware of potential further delays to shipping timeframes during New Releases and Promotions.
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all Australian orders over $250.
- LWL delivers all domestic parcels using Australian Registered Post.
- LWL order confirmations & Australia Post tracking details are sent via email upon dispatch.

 International Shipping
- LWL delivers all International parcels using Australia Post express service.
- All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of purchase.
- International customers will be charged a flat rate of $25 AUD for Standard International Shipping & $35 AUD for Express International Shipping.
- LWL offers free Express postage for all International orders over $500 AUD.
- International orders will have an approximate delivery window of 7-21 working days depending on your location and service requested.
- Your order may require a signature upon delivery.
- Your order may be subject to customs clearance. This may cause a delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Responsibilities for any customs fees or taxes rest with the customer.
 We offer Free Shipping on all International Returns. This is included in your personalised credit code received once your Return has been approved and finalised.

General
- Once LWL has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
- LWL is not responsible for lost packages or courier delays. We can not offer a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.

Returns Policy
At LWL we do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by providing thorough and accurate sizing charts and a fair exchange policy.
- Due to the small nature of our business, all items sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to exchange an incorrect size or offer a store credit for items that meet our returns guidelines below.
- Returns, faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within a 14 day time frame to be accepted.
- Items returned due to a garment fault will be refunded in full at our discretion.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or items that are sold as part of a promotion. Sale items purchased are Final Sale and can not be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met by the customer.
- We encourage customers to email us with any questions regarding sizing, fit or colour queries. We’re here to help.

Returns Instructions
1. If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@lanewaythelabel.com. Please include your order reference.
Please address all returns to LANEWAY THE LABEL, 21 Long Island Quays, Dunsborough, WA, 6281.
2. Upon receiving and approving your return request, we will send confirmation that you have approval to return your item.
3. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and approved.
5. If credit is approved, your credit note will be issued to you in the form of an online code. Your code is valid for a period of 2 years from date of issue. International customers receive Free Shipping on all Return orders sent out. This is included in your personalised credit code once your Return has been processed.
