Returns Instructions

  1. If you wish to return an item, please Start Your Return.
    Alternatively, email us at info@lanewaythelabel.com and include your order reference.
  2. Please address all returns to:

  3. Once your return request has been received and approved, we will send confirmation that you may return your item.
  4. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and approved.
  5. If credit is approved, your credit note will be issued as an online code, valid for two years from the date of issue.
  6. Return shipping is payable by the customer.

Domestic Shipping

  • LWL ships all orders within Australia using Express Postage.
  • All orders are shipped within 2–3 days of purchase.
  • Please be aware of potential delays during new releases and promotions.
  • We offer free Express Shipping for all Australian orders over $250.
  • LWL delivers domestic parcels via Australia Post Registered Post.
  • Order confirmations and tracking details are sent via email upon dispatch.

International Shipping

  • LWL delivers international parcels with DHL Express and Australia Post EMS.
  • All orders are shipped within 2–3 days of purchase.
  • Please be aware of potential delays during new releases and promotions.
  • Flat rates: $55 AUD (DHL Express International), $35 AUD (Australia Post Express International), $25 AUD (Australia Post Standard International).
  • Free Express Shipping for all international orders over $500 AUD and for US orders over $500 USD.
  • Orders shipped with DHL Express are delivered within 4–5 business days.
  • Your order may require a signature upon delivery.
  • US orders are inclusive of duties and taxes.
  • Your order may be subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe. Responsibility for any customs fees rests with the customer (excluding US orders).

Returning from the USA

If you are returning an item from the United States, please submit your request through our online Returns Portal. Once approved, our team will email you the return instructions and shipping address.

  • US customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please use a reliable courier service that provides tracking.
  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return arrives and is assessed, your exchange or store credit will be issued promptly.
  • US orders are inclusive of duties and taxes at checkout. These charges are non-refundable.

General Information

  • Orders are dispatched once all items are available. If your order contains pre-ordered items, it will ship once all items are ready. To receive items sooner, please place separate orders.
  • Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and may fluctuate by up to one week. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Once LWL has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the customer assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
  • LWL is not responsible for lost packages or courier delays. Refunds cannot be offered for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Returns Policy

At LWL, we do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase by providing accurate sizing charts and a fair exchange policy.

  • Due to the small nature of our business, all items are non-refundable. We are happy to offer an exchange for incorrect sizing or a store credit for eligible items.
  • Returns, faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of receipt to be accepted.
  • Items returned due to a garment fault will be refunded in full at our discretion.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased during promotions. These items are final sale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.
