At LWL we do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by providing thorough and accurate sizing charts and a fair exchange policy.
- Due to the small nature of our business, all items sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to exchange an incorrect size or offer a store credit for items that meet our returns guidelines below.
- Returns, faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within a 7 day time frame to be accepted.
- Items returned due to a garment fault will be refunded in full at our discretion.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or items that are sold as part of a promotion.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met by the customer.

Instructions for returning a garment:
1. If you wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please outline the item as thoroughly as you can (style name, size, colour, amount paid inc postage) and the reason for return.
Please address all returns to 17 Windlemere Drive, Dunsborough WA, 6281.
2. Upon receiving and approving your return request, we will send confirmation that you have approval to return your item.
3. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and approved.
4. If credit is approved, your credit note will be issued to you in the form of an online code. Your code is valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue.
