  • Returns Policy:
  • At Laneway The Label we do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by providing thorough and accurate sizing charts and a fair exchange policy.
  • - Due to the small nature of our business, all items sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to exchange an incorrect size or offer a store credit for items that meet our returns guidelines below.
  • - Returns, faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within a 7 day time frame to be accepted.
  • - Items returned due to a garment fault will be refunded in full at our discretion.
  • - The swing tag must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received.
  • - We do not accept returns on sale items or items that are sold as part of a promotion.
  • - We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met by the customer.
  • - We encourage customers to email us with any questions regarding sizing, fit, colour queries or general chit chat... We’re here to help :)
  • Instructions for returning a garment:
  • 1. If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@lanewaythelabel.com. Please outline the item as thoroughly as you can (style name, size, colour, amount paid inc postage) and the reason for return.
  • Please address all returns to 21/55 Dunn Bay Rd, Dunsborough, WA, 6281.
  • 2. Upon receiving and approving your return request, we will send confirmation that you have approval to return your item.
  • 3. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and approved.
  • 5. If credit is approved, your credit note will be issued to you in the form of an online code. Your code is valid for a period of 8 weeks from date of issue.
